You are a Change Expert
You may not realize it, but you are fantastic at managing change and I can prove it.
For example: When you experience changes in your skin from day-to-day wear, you deal with those changes by cleaning your skin. You take a shower, or you bathe, or if you’re ancient Roman, you scrape and call it bathing (weirdos). These skin changes are something that is always happening, to greater or lesser degrees, all the time.
You probably haven’t ever considered that you deal with and manage all of that change ALL THE TIME and have a routine in place that not only allows you to manage that change, but to forget about the management almost completely.
To manage it, you perform a system. You move through a systematic process that has become so natural to you that you no longer see it as a reaction to the ongoing changes of your skin and body, it’s just a thing you do.
It’s easy to dismiss the power of that system, but yours is unique to you, honed through instruction – “wash behind your ears!” – or through experience – ”that water temperature was too cold, I like my showers better when there’s a mix of cold and hot temps” – or through other change adaptations, “my favorite shampoo wasn’t at the store, I guess I’ll try this one.” The system and process that you use to clean yourself is as unique as a snowflake, and you are so good at managing this particular change that you don’t even notice the system anymore.
And that’s just one process. You have THOUSANDS of similar processes that you are so good at that you can’t even articulate them, but here are a few more examples (including some change within change within change examples):

- Fueling a vehicle as a means of addressing the changes of the vehicle as a result of changing its location
- Dealing with changes in body hydration (getting a glass of water)
- Tidying your living space
- Working as a means of addressing changing levels of available money
…and on and on.
And all of them are things that you address with little concern or intentionality, you just do them, thanks to systems and processes. You’ve done this over and over and over again, and you can do it again. And I can help, by shedding light on where your current processes can be amended to address your ambitions or by showing you where your current processes don’t serve your current ambitions. Together, we can build your system for tearing down old, disused, or poorly serving processes to expedite your success and happiness.
If you would like assistance in building change processes or retooling the ones that you have, let’s chat about working together. Schedule a free introductory meeting with me and let’s get going.
